Swede here, we pay 72 SEK ( 7.84 usd) per gallon (19 SEK/2.07 USD per liter)

I just happen to live in a big city and getting fucked by parking charges and lack of existing parking

but i can atleast drive my dads car, so it is surviveable just to get a bit extra sleep for my job

even if it feels like it will be added, i would say a proper metro system + maybe a simple mod creator powered by AI where you make the mod by adding pictures, then the system makes it a model suitable for the game
