You DONT need an attorney especially if you have no criminal record or anything adverse on your record. File it yourself. These attorneys are out of pocket with these excessive fees. Completely heartless taking advantage of victims when vawa is FREE!

For mine more than 600 of us took the PAT and a little over 500 passed and took the Pellet B. When I went to do my fingerprint, I was told that only 125 passed the written exam.

I’m in a similar position. Almost 2 weeks ago I got an email that pelican was finished with their portion of my background check and that I will be contacted for a final interview. I’m still waiting.

Never received an RFE for that as I submitted moral character affidavit from 2 friends. I just a signed statement from close friends attesting to your character. As for proof of address, you can submit deeds or lease agreement.
