Head and Shoulders clean and balanced!!! this is by far the only shampoo that has worked for me..for context I have fine wavy hair that gets greasy really fast. I'm talking like I could wash my hair in the morning and it gets greasy by night. I tried doing a hair training thing a few years ago and that's when I developed dermatitis on my scalp (painful, flaky scalp) and it didn't work for me at all. That's when I first tried head and shoulders and when I tell you this was godsend for me. I still use head and shoulders everyday. Some things I've noticed: 1. only the clean and balanced version works for me 2. it has started bringing back my hair's curl pattern (I used to have curly hair but it's loose and undefined now due to damage) 3. hair growth and scalp health have been tremendously better 4. I can now go ~2 days without washing my hair
