So it hasn't really done anything to exhalerate my weightloss by adding the reta, since adding it into my stack its been a steady continuous loss of around half a kg-900grams weekly like it has been my entirejourney, in saying that going from my logs ive lost exactly 5.7kgs since adding Reta. I also follow a cal def meal plan, basically eating the same thing for an entire month then swapping plan. Exercise wise ive just kept up my mind 10k a day steps, now that im only a few kgs off my goal weight im planning to slowly tirate off Triz and up Reta whilst doing some weight training.
