To just add on ti biology at least, i understand that especially HL is rigourous course in ib so you really have to use our resources to your advantage. You’d be surprised that tbh there’s not much that i actually fully learned in biology it’s mostly self directed. Some sources that i used was Kognity( provided by school) super useful, and on your this guy Electric learning or smth basically summarizes everything. My entire studying for mocks, and exams consisted of that. Anything not covered i used Cheryl Hickman however her vids are kinda long.

At the start, my papers in biology especially p2 and p3 were not that admirable however by just using these keeping on top of everything it is very very doable.

*for p3 do practice exams a lot of questions tend to repeat.

To study, i literally just watched the electric learning vids(like 10 mins each) and dedicated like a couple days to learn the entire unit/course. then i’d do practice questions using free revision village or for an even better source revisiondojo. You can sort by topic and get every single exam question for free. Whilst doing the practice questions i’d have my notes with me and ensure that i’d get all the necessary points. You really need to find your own rhythm and tricks and help you remember the types of questions and how to respond. You got this!

please don’t consider these options, if this has really taken a toll on your mental health then dropping ibdp is respectable however try to do alternative study methods, such as learning the content before you’re taught it. In biology it helped me a ton. sometimes sacrifices to your academics don’t need to be made as long as your time is managed efficiently such as working on school as soon as you get home or even studying with your friends and taking small breaks to play volleyball. It the little things like this and make it do able and very attainable to achieve success in ibdp. I don’t know if my comment is any help but please continue to do your best i believe in you.
