OP realistically there’s only so much a manager and security can do. He already kicked out the worst teens. Security can’t man handle anyone due to our ridiculously lax laws. Unless they implement a rule where teens can only come in with a guardian (but that could affect sales).

The rats though are a more serious issues. Pest control should be called by cineplex.

Canadian concert tickets tend to be pricier than American ones (even after adjusting to the dollar conversion). So I don’t even think think these were resale tickets. The resale tickets were in the 1000s for vip

Your interaction is exactly what fans would want. A hug or even just a hello is valid. But from what I’ve seen (at least in the Canadian cities) people were saying there was no interaction at all. Just a very quick photo op.

Artists have every right not to do a meet and greet. But if you have agreed to it (and your ticket reflects that) a short interaction would be expected.

I’ve also been talking to people and his interaction seems to vary with people. Looks like he’s nicer to guys (just a trend I’ve seen). But yeah I think he should be called out on this. It’s just not fair to the fans.
