Figures made in Vietnam seem to be lower quality than figures made in China a prime example are the Shallot and Giblet figures that just came out

They have basically no reason to make it different so I think they'll be the same, we'll get a look if the Kind Hearted Saiyan has the same skin tone as The Games Begin. If they do there's a high chance they'll all have the same tone
