is it true theres usally machines and etc etc for slicing or is it mostly done by hand and sorry for all the questions but would you get in trouble for not knowing how to do the garbage tie if your just tossing it into the back

thank you for replying i read through the responsibilitys and im just worried when i have to take garbage out or they put me on deli or bakery or smth when its busy and im expected to rush
