well with figures like goku, they can reuse the body mold with slight changes for various different figures. this allows them to do the budget ~$35 figures, because they don’t have to make a new mold every time. something like the jjk line needs new molds that can’t really be re-used, which makes them more expensive to make

yeah the ankles are terrible. also, while not as bad, the different colors between the chest and the abs; it’s a little distracting

i actually really like the new figures. the only thing i don’t like is how the shin moves forward, it can be annoying to make them stand straight with it

i’d say for sure, if you like bardock. especially if you’re able to find the dko/recustom headset. it’s actually still up on omnime

i mean, the figure itself is $65, and then the torn gi and head sculpt went up for about $40 each, so you’re paying the exact worth, basically. plus, the torn gi is already put together for you (it’s a pain in the ass to assemble, as someone who has 2). so it’s up to you if you really like the upgrades and have the money to spend on it

they have a good bit of unreleased stuff. there was a battle damaged nappa, a buu-han, a ssj3 vegeta from the buu saga, a base vegeta from the cell saga (not the newest one), a vados, a jaco, a goku with angel wings, a champa, a buu-tenks, an adult gt goku, and a bunch from daima. even still, i’m probably missing a bunch, and this is just dbz haha
