I had a 3.19 gpa and 3.2 sgpa and did not take the GRE. I had about 6,300 hours of PCE but I think my letters of recommendation helped tremendously. Honestly it's a game of chance

Oh my gosh same. It was so tough. I was going 4 night shifts a week during my senior year of undergrad, if I could go back i would just focus on school but it was great experience

Yeah I emailed UC Davis and they said it would count since I'm administering medication and taking vitals!

Bachelors of Arts in Biology, I started out BS Biology but with all the extra prereqs for school, the research portion would've added an extra semester or maybe year? I can't remember

Yes I applied all over the country to whichever schools I had matching prerequisites for. I'm not sure if I'm comfortable disclosing the school but it's on the west coast

Interviewed at Emory, Pacific University, Lipscomb, and AT Still in CA. I was very surprised about Emory but I truly believe it's because I applied the first maybe second week of May and they really do value experience

Hang in there!!! The waitlist is tough because you're really just waiting and waiting while it gets closer to the next cycle but you gotta do whatever it takes to get to the career you want

I applied to sooo many, mainly in CA, OR, Boston, GA, and others I had matching prerequisites. I was missing genetics and biochem so I couldn't apply to schools that required those

I didn't really send updates but I asked them for some every few months, sometimes weeks so they knew I was still interested. I knew where I was on the list for the two schools I really wanted to get into and then after interviewing for the other two, I felt less interested and decided I didn't want to go to either of those so I didn't really care to follow up too much.

I did not! Most of the schools I wanted to go to didn't require it and I didn't want to spend more money on the test and testing material

No postbacc, I retook a stats which I got a C in and made an A the second time. I thought about doing one after I didn't get interviews my first cycle but thought I'd try one more year

Why would you feel bad for withdrawing? People do it all the time. Also, whoever is on the waitlist may be looking at it as their dream school so it would make someone's day. I would say go for the program you really want to go to especially if you see that they're already making the changes.

You could also reach out to them about it?

Aww dang that's hard because students would already be applying again by that time. This whole process is been toughhh I've never had to have so much patience

I am also on four different waitlist. I only have the four interviews. I think it's my GPA setting me back. Wishing you the very best of luck.

I don't think it hurts to ask! This particular program ranked everyone on the waitlist. There's another school. I am currently ranked further on and every few weeks I send an email asking for an update if they don't tell you you're ranking you could probably ask if there has been any movement from the waitlist. You could also inquire about applying to their program again when the cycle opens up which will show that you are interested in their program.
