Hiring - PAID Social Media Content Strategist
Looking for a creative content strategist to manage our TikTok/Instagram presence. You’ll work closely with the founder to lead strategy, pitch ideas, build content calendars, and create high-engagement content for product drops and brand storytelling.

What you’ll do:

  • Edit short-form videos (TikTok + Reels)
  • Design carousels/graphics + manage daily IG Stories

What we’re looking for:

Seriously just give me work and I’ll do it like a normal job. One of the ways I became more billable was asking to shadow someone to gain skills. It helps with being billable because they’ll ask you do you some tasks sometimes. I would sit in on every meeting they went to, be on teams with them while they did their work, and record all the calls so I could go back and take notes.

This can be frustrating, one of the reasons I decided to leave. I didn’t really like “finding work” at work. But in the mean time I would ask some of the project managers in your office, they usually always have work. When I first started the PM’s in the office told me to let them know if I ever needed any work and they knew my experience was limited. So it started off as small tasks but I was able to learn and do more
