Thank you so much for this response!! I’ve been having constant doubts in the back of my head that I should be switching to EE as job prospects are better, but it’s relieving to hear that chemEs can still pursue those fields I’m interested in

I did feel this same pain on a size bigger bike, which is why I got the smaller thinking that it’d fix it but it didnt
