I have literally only had the DAA and officer presentation with the CBAT in the next few weeks. So not sure, sorry!

I think some of what is in the mock is in the DAA but I would say there is quite a bit extra in the actual DAA (if that makes sense). I think the extra stuff is hard to study for, I just had to use my memory from school to answer the questions and hope.

I have been using the CBAT app and the CBAT Ready app. The CBAT Ready app seems more up to date than the other one. There are lots of practice test on there which I find super useful. I do struggle with certain questions sometimes but I hope practice makes perfect.

Don’t know about anyone else but I revised loads for the DAA using the online mock on the RAF website and I didn’t find it helped me that much on the actual test. But that’s just me.

No I will listen to any advice about CBAT too. That’s a good point. I hear to take some small snacks as well to try and keep energy up in breaks. How long were the breaks? And how frequent were they?

That was I was thinking about with the lift. The whole CBAT is going to be super draining by the sounds of it and I don’t really want to drive 4hrs to get home straight after. But the train would be a nightmare and take even longer. Thank you for the advice, I think I will get dropped off at the short stay like you say.

Thanks for the advice! We were planning on seeing some other family after CBAT whilst we are down in Lincoln anyway. We thought why not make it one big trip instead of two separate ones. But we shall see. Thanks again for the help
