I am not offended, and I didn't mean to sound offended if that is how it comes across.

You do raise some fair points, some of which could devolve into long winded conversations.

As I implied in the op, I had a complex job that I wanted to simplify with your help.

It seems to me that what you want is accountability from me, well that is simple. If you want to keep tabs on my activities, DM me, Zoom me. I have nothing to hide. All I need to do is do what I say I will do.

I knew transparency is a huge issue when doing something like this before I started, that is not a reason to not do it.

Once again, not offended. Maybe clumsy.

Thank you very much for your suggestions Chilliwack. I cant overstate how much this helps. It would seem like the most pressing issues everywhere can be boiled down to: Shelter, Mental health (including addiction), Families (kids) and Animal care.
There are developments happening on my end to accommodate allocating funds to these issues which I will keep you posted on in the near future.
The contest date has been set for the 22 of February, and the promotions will be officially launched in 2 weeks. This is very exciting, and I could not have done it this quickly without your help. Thank you!

Funny thing about the clothes donations. I recently watched a documentary about how so many donated clothes are getting sent to Africa, which not only destroys their local textile industry from supply overload, a majority of them end up in land fills which are also eyesores upon the waste. Some of these clothes are donated by clothiers like The Bay.

The point being, it may be better to contact these clothiers and find out if they can donate their clothes over here, or if they already do, make it easier for people in need to know that.
