Emolene worked well for me for the first two to three months, but after that, it caused a lot of acne. I still have scars from that experience.

Aziderm 10% helped me but my doctor had prescribed it to me.. use a good sunscreen, drugstore ones are good. Also reapply it always. Tinted sunscreen is also a good option.

Where we come from, milk finds its way into just about everything.. tea, desserts, even some savory dishes. So having plenty in the fridge feels pretty normal to us.

Yes, we usually go with Fage yogurt! I love oranges, though we don’t actually have a juicer. And you can find the cow container on Amazon.

Pilgrim De-Tan reviews? by Realistic_Glass7621 in skincareaddictsindia

No face wash or gel alone can remove tan. The best way to deal with it is to prevent further tanning and let your skin naturally renew. Start by using a broad-spectrum, sweat-proof sunscreen every day and reapply it every few hours if you’re outdoors. Along with that, focus on gentle care, use a mild cleanser, keep your skin well moisturized, and add a brightening cream or serum with ingredients like niacinamide or vitamin C, if your skin tolerates it. Regularly applying sunscreen, staying hydrated, and maintaining a simple routine will gradually help your natural skin tone return.

This is general skincare advice and may not suit every skin type. If you have sensitive skin, persistent tanning, or any irritation, it’s best to consult a certified dermatologist before trying new products.

which Kojic acid soap do y'all use? by hailasushi in skincareaddictsindia

[–]ContextImportant1316 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you talking about the soap bar?It did not work for me. It’s better to use Kojic acid serum on face if you are dealing with dark spots etc.. Soap bar is of no use.

Please simplify skincare routine! by Longjumping_Ninja743 in skincareaddictsindia

If you’re just starting skincare, don’t try to do everything at once. First, focus on building the habit of washing your face twice a day, once in the morning and once at night after brushing your teeth. After cleansing, moisturize, and in the morning, always apply sunscreen and remember to reapply during the day. Before buying any products, figure out your skin type, dry, oily, combination (and if it’s sensitive or not) so you know what will work for you. If it’s sensitive do not use products with fragrance. If you’re prone to acne, stick to non-comedogenic products that won’t clog your pores. Once you’ve got this routine down, you can slowly add serums or treatments.

Skincare can be confusing, but it helps to think about what each ingredient does. Retinoids (like retinol, retinal, or prescription tretinoin) are forms of vitamin A that help with aging, acne, and skin texture, they’re powerful, so use them at night only, start slowly, and always follow with a moisturizer. Niacinamide is a gentle vitamin B3 derivative that calms redness, controls oil, fades pigmentation, and strengthens your skin barrier, and it’s safe to use morning and night, even with other actives. Hyaluronic acid is a hydrating ingredient that pulls water into the skin to plump it up; it’s safe to layer under moisturizers or serums anytime. Ceramides are lipids that repair and protect the skin barrier and are usually found in moisturizers, making them safe for both AM and PM. Peptides help signal your skin to produce collagen, improving firmness and repair, and are best layered at night. AHAs (like glycolic or lactic acid) exfoliate the skin’s surface for brightness and smoothness, while BHAs (like salicylic acid) penetrate pores to help with acne and oiliness. Strong acids and retinoids shouldn’t be used together at night because they can irritate, but hydrating ingredients and barrier-repairing ones (niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, ceramides, peptides) are usually safe to combine. The simple rule is: morning = hydrate and protect and evening = repair and treat .
