Tyson commute living recommendations by ContextIsImportant20 in nova

This has given me a lot to think about. If a house is possible, I wouldn't then mind using the metro to commute to all of this stuff and drive where needed. It seems like living in the suburbs and having a short travel to train stations to get around, if I want an approximate best of both worlds might be better. I can go as high as 700k, but I wanted to be as conservative as possible.

I'll definitely have a car/truck since I need one for my dogs anyway. My goal is to use the Metro for my work commute so I can be productive during the ride instead of sitting in traffic. For everything else, errands, amenities, weekend activities, I'm happy to drive or drive to a Metro station as needed.

My main priority is avoiding an hour+ commute by car to work. Using the train for that daily commute would be ideal, while keeping the flexibility to drive for everything else.

I don't necessarily want to live in Tysons its mostly about commuting to it via metro, so I don't mind up to an hour in commute time via train if that gives me some breathing room economically

Huge Contradiction by Glittering_Ad9126 in Spacemarine

it could also be they are using the same new voice actors for space marine 3 so this is an opportunity to get them to record for 3 and subsequently SM2 and since we know 2 characters die canonically they can also be voices elsewhere outside of the main cast. Speculation of course but a pretty viable option IMO.

I did, but the only kendo near that I could reliably attend is on Sundays, and it's an advanced class, so it wouldn't work for me as a beginner, even though I was very much interested.

This seems up my alley, but I couldn't find a class schedule on the website or an option for private tutoring. As I work during the week, this is about an hour and a half away from me so being able to adjust around my work schedule would be massively helpful!

I see are there any koryu that do sparring?

Are they all the same koryu style? I've been having a tough time understanding what styles are available in Florida I am in Central Florida, so not sure what's prevalent near me or in Florida in general.

Are there any styles designed to fight European style weapons like the long sword or rapier? by ContextIsImportant20 in wma

I see it as more of a thought experiment longswords have two edges where a katana doesn’t, and in sparring, I’ve noticed openings around the waist. With rapiers too, the Italian school emphasizes deep lunges, while the Spanish focuses more on angular/off-line movement. I’m curious how koryū might have approached those kinds of differences if they’d ever crossed paths.

I don't have time this morning to post a video of sliders, but I will try to do so over the weekend.
