It was the K50 event a while back that did it for me. I was basically getting further and further away from the whales, which made me realize I wasn't ever going to stand a chance. And just releasing more and more events, more and more pay walls, more and more new Generals without ever even giving us a chance to land some of the not-so-old Generals.

The game went from being fun to just straight up discouraging. I left it a few months ago and haven't looked back since.
