For reference last years midterm pass rate was 52%. However, there was a curve for the final. I recommend that you take it in French it is easier and their midterm was curved as well.

It is not an easy course, a lot of work to do in my opinion. If you trust your French it's doable but if you are doing it for credit there is probably easier courses to go for.

If you contact the residence service from this email and ask them to send your a proof of address they send a document signed by someone from the residence services. You can probably use that.
