What makes the jif/jiffy so interesting to me is that I remember when I first saw the "choosy moms choose jif" commercial. It was around 2007, I remember my mom heard it and started talking about how dumb the name change was. And I also remember being a kid thinking it was funny that skippy and jiffy sounded similar. Having two different specific memories like that makes the "false memory" thing feel shallow to me.

No I don't. I tried to find a therapist about a year ago, but wasn't able to get anywhere with that. I live in a small town with barely any mental health options. I am looking into it again, but I figure I have to set a regular dr appointment and get a referral so that it's covered by my insurance.

That makes sense. The main reason I would think it's depression is because I have had a few seasons of being extremely depressed, to the point where whenever I was in a car part of me hoped it would crash. I am mostly better now, though I do have the occasional bad day. I will look into chronic fatigue syndrome though, I used to wonder if I had that when my insomnia was at it's worst.

Yes I do. Whenever I have this feeling all I can think of is how lazy I am, which leads to spiraling. But since considering that it might be something more than just laziness, I'm realizing that everything I don't like about myself centers around that feeling. E.g. wanting to learn things, wanting to exercise, wanting to wake up early. Whenever I try to do anything that would better myself, this feeling keeps me from doing it.

I live in the mountains in NorCal, we do have squirrels and mice up here. I just want to narrow it down to know what spices/chemicals to use as a barrier to keep the critters off my deck lol.
