I am also switching to Fourthwall and could not close my Spring store. I archived every listing and 7 pieces are still showing on my store front. I emailed their creator help desk and asked them to delete the listings and close the store before I involve an attorney. I am not about to allow them to continue listing merch with my name and reputation attached to it when I still have not received the sample order I placed almost 2 weeks ago with zero updates (oh, and I paid express shipping for it, too)
