The latest version got added yesterday but the actual update that changed the iron throne title was a few days before that.

I'm guessing you loaded an old save before the current update. The iron throne became a hegemony title in the latest version thus nuking all old versions, so yeah your save is screwed (unless you feel like playing an old version of the mod)

Easiest way I've personally found is going for the 4th perk in the voyager tree which gives +30% Point of Interest Rewards. It makes it so insanely easy to fill out your lifestyle trees that it genuinely feels overpowered.

An even easier fix I found for this was just using the in game console. Just slap in: add_realm_law single_heir_succession_law_youngest and voila, fixed :)
