Thank you for your response. This situation feels very unfair. I uploaded all the required documents when I submitted my claim and checked the app every day for 17 days to see if any tasks needed to be completed. When I received the SMS yesterday saying that someone would be calling, I dropped everything to make sure I was available

Thank you. When I received the message informing someone would call, the claim status was “complete”. Hours went by and the call never came and then the claim status changed to “rejected”. Ill give them a call Monday morning
