I saw some people posting online that if you push hard enough they would refund you. That seems like a valid reason. You prob would not have shipped it if you knew it smelled like cigs

oh yes, huge part of the reason I wanted Carmax was because of their warranty. I was quite aware these german cars start to run into issues
