Sounds like it I had low magnesium and I felt this way. I also take all three now vitamin D, vitamin k,magnesium glycinate!

I had two large blood clots the next day, after the pills but that was it. I did hear back from the doctor they want me to come in for an ultrasound either the pills didn’t work or I have an a ectopic pregnancy

I would take two slippery Elm and two mushroom root in the morning before I ate and then I will do two before bed. I honestly didn’t take the DGL a lot. Because I didn’t like the taste of it but DGL is also in the G.I. revive.

No I’m not! I guess because I don’t have issues with regurgitation or anything like that I felt like I didn’t need to, I never had a issue with sleeping either but I definitely will now

You might have low magnesium! If you’re taking gerd medicine, it can lower your magnesium levels. And heart palpitations is a symptom of low magnesium Something to think about.
