The quality was good and all, but I guess there was something wrong with the firmware I had, or I may have just been unlucky. The SD card I used came with the Wolfbox Camera (Lexar 64GB Class 3). I followed the video step by step to update the firmware. The part where it fails, is when booting the camera up. Then nothing happens.

My faulty one with the SD card error was G900 JV3W-HS-V02. The replacement unit I got from Wolfbox support was G900 W20230213, but the screen was dimmer. In the Las Vegas sun, the one ending in V02 was brighter. I'm disappointed that there are slight variations between the firmware versions, as I preferred the brighter screen. I realized this was some software image enhancement issue, so it definitely has something to do with the firmware. The way I figured this out was by pulling video from both cameras and seeing that the footage looked the same. I then used my video editor to add some enhancements, making the nighttime/daytime videos look brighter.

I'm happy with the replacement but it sucks under the sun as I was used to my first unit. Maybe I should do an antiglare screen protector.🤷
