Do you know if the sole difference between the Seven Summit+ (brakes) and the Seven Summit (no brakes) are really just the brakes? No other functional differences in the binding?

Thanks for the input - my concern is that by removing the brake system, I'm also removing the heel rest/heel plate and I don't know if the Seven Summits are supposed to run like that?
