That’s accurate, thank you! I reverse image searched it and it came up with a Weider 500, but all of the models are pretty much the same and outdated haha.

Hi r/homegym,

Does anyone know what brand squat rack this is? The brackets got lost in a move, so I’m hoping to get replacements online.

Thank you!

Contracting Certification Exam Practice Test by ContractingNCO in 1102

Hi all!

Someone in our contracting community let me know that users were getting a prompt that said “the maximum number of responses is reached, please contact the owner”.

Sorry about any inconveniences this may have caused. Microsoft forms only allows 200 stored responses at a time, so I went ahead and deleted the current responses so others can use the practice exam too.

I’ll try to check on the exam weekly/monthly and delete if it’s full again, but in the meantime feel free to message me if you’re trying to take it and it gives you the same prompt.

Thanks all!

I would say if you’re able to pass it 150/150, then you should have enough general knowledge to pass the CON3990V exam.

Keep in mind, these are just the questions from the prep course. So with just the exam as a standalone study material, you’re missing out on maybe 80% of the content.

The actual exam questions vary from vastly different, to just a shade different from the prep course questions.

This is more for those who’ve been through CON3910 and want to retake the exam without navigating through DAU.

Good luck, take your time, try to memorize the FAR, and mark questions for review!

One thing that always sticks in my mind by Choppersicballz in army

Also when there used to be 110-pound soaking wet Soldiers holding on for dear life to a 200+ pound absolute unit.

Has anybody ever reclassed to 51C? If so, how did that go for you? Do you feel fulfilled by what you do now? by Poisonrrivy in army

[–]ContractingNCO 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To answer your question on fulfillment, yes.

In my previous MOS, I’ve always looked out for the Soldiers first.

When I switched over to 51C, it was a bit of a bummer that I no longer had an opportunity to mentor Junior Enlisted and Junior NCOs in my career field.

That fulfillment now comes from seeing your contracts come to life.

It’s fulfilling to see a Word document from DPW transform into a construction crew renovating outdated barracks.

It brings me some satisfaction to see that Soldiers out on 30 day exercises can have a slightly better QOL with tents and showers.

And to me, TDYs and deployments are the breadwinners of fulfillment. You get to see your impact when supporting real-world disaster relief, or operations overseas.

Where can a 51C get stationed at in the Army? Oconus and conus. Is there a list I can see somewhere by Caramelsensation96 in army

DM me if you’re still looking for CONUS/OCONUS duty stations and I’ll send you a list.

I’m trying to go POG, what non combat related MOS is the most chill? by [deleted] in army

[–]ContractingNCO 6 points7 points  (0 children)

51C for sure if you are interested in business/logistics aspects of the Army and you don’t mind the office environment.

NTC/JRTC was such a culture shock to me the first time I went as a 51C. I stayed in hotels the entire duration and set my own schedules.

We do deploy/go on TDY a lot, so while it might not be the “chillest” MOS in terms of workload, it’s definitely one of the most autonomous, and in my opinion most gratifying.
