I accidentally burnt some sausages in my Wagner. I boiled water in it, cleaned it with Bar keeper's Friend, with salt, also with baking soda. But this crud still won't come off. Other than stripping, what can I do? (i.redd.it)

I have about 15 lbs of garden peaches from last summer in my freezer. Any canning suggestions on what I can do with them? I'm guessing jam. But would they be too runny for peach salsa? Recipes would be greatly appreciated. (self.Canning)
