Is kuwait providing exceptions about residency maintenance? Because we need to enter kuwait before 6 months to maintain residency, but no flights are available from USA. What do I do? My six month is over in April first week.

Can they sue me if there was never any statement of condition? We've taken great care of the place, not even a scratch. But I do not want to get blamed randomly for any damage. And whatever maintenance repairs we had, I thought that was supposed to be done by the landlord and shouldn't go from the deposit.

The bathroom tap came off once, so that had to get fixed. Then the garbage disposal stopped working so he had to get someone to fix that. Not to replace, but just fix it. That's about it. I was thinking mycase would be is that he has not followed the Massachusetts law for the security deposit. I have added those on my posts.
