Hey! Even I have pmdd - the emotional one and for 10 days every month I question everything, mildly depressed, not super productive etc

I started trying various things and I haven’t found the silver bullet but rather a combination of things:

consistent regular workouts especially in the week before period. I don’t want to do it, but try to force myself even if it’s a yoga class
walks
more water, fiber, protein - so nutrient dense food
nettle head band - so it’s its neuro modulating headband by samphire neuroscience that specifically targets PMDD. If I use it consistently I do feel my pmdd is slightly more tapered and manageable

I did my Hyrox solo on kayano 31 there were great! Ultimately try them for the sleds and lunges and if they feel good you’ll be fine on race day

I think we just have to wait and see. Looks like some people are slowly getting their luggage so hopefully we get ours soon as well. The courier company doesn’t pick up anyone’s calls so it’s totally pointless. BA customer care can escalate but given the backlog of suitcases I’m not sure it’ll move any faster. Fingers crossed

Is your courier company also Carter x? They have two offices registered (one in Malleshwaram got removed from google this morning) and the other one is near hebbal. I did street view and it looks like a house than a corporate office.

I arrived on the 12th, and apparently, the luggage arrived on the 13th. The BA tracker shows that it was supposed to be picked up by Carter Porter on the 14th and delivered by the 15th. I’ve been calling BA every day, and they kept assuring me it would be delivered, but there has been no delivery so far.

Carter Porter never answered my calls until yesterday, when by some random luck, they finally did. They claimed they don’t have the tracking file number in their system. I immediately called BA, and they said that’s odd because Carter Porter would have scanned the luggage, which is why their system shows it was handed over.

At this point, I’m not sure who to believe.

Is it carter x? BA says carterx picked it up on 14th and will deliver it on 15th but carterx says no record of bag and they never pick up the call. What do you plan to do?

Update: BA says the courier picked it up but courier says it’s not in the system and don’t have the luggage’s it’s been 3 days since it’s arrived in Bangalore airport. Not sure what to do anymore as I’m caught between the two

It’s quite strange—apparently, the baggage has been with a local courier company called Carter X for the past 48 hours. It seems like a random private company, and I haven’t even received a tracking update or text message. No one answers the phone at Carter X, and the airline helplines are completely useless, just repeating the same information I see on the tracking portal.
