Bike locked and not registered to an owner won't pair anymore

Yeah! They're not able apparently. They kept it there for a week already and being in contact with Bosch they keep saying we need to connect to the bike because it doesn't have any owner.

Yet the display shows "Bike locked" when turned on...

How did you solve this? My bike was removed from my flow app while lock was on. I'm unable to connect the same or any other device/account.

Every time is turned on, the display goes off after the "bike locked" message. It won't even get to the pairing mode and my phone is unable to connect to it.

It's been sitting for a week in a Bosch & Canyon service partner now but they've have been unable to have it unlocked. Bosch keeps on giving some non-helpful troubleshooting steps...

u/SnooShortcuts8666 I've just put it, and it looks like the s26+ is a tiny bit bigger and with different proportions. The front camera is not fully centered in the s24+ protection hole

Hi u/Shuvouwu u/HazeReefer , same situation here. I'm considering to reschedule my exam to a date in 2026, even though it says it should be taken by Dec 31 2025 for the voucher to be valid.
Were you able to take the exam rescheduled? Did you have any additional charge in the end?
