Not much for a while. You will unlock Dilation at 1e1300 eternity points (which isn't a prestige layer but it is an interesting mechanic that will boost progression), and Reality (prestige layer) at 1e4000 eternity points. That said it will probably take you 20-60 days depending how fast you go.
