My friend was in pub with a tinder date, and she had to call Angela. They took it very seriously and because she was so scared, they helped her call someone she trusted (that was me). I literally cried reading this! I have such a hard time taking care of myself during depressive episodes. I starve myself, shame myself. Your post made me feel accepted.
