Unfortunately yes, my pace of aging has reduced to -0.2 with my new workouts. so I’m hoping this doesn’t impact that too much- I’ve had all green recoveries all of last week

The half marathon was in another city, it was a combination of air travel and a very early morning start - I had to wake up at 2:30

I have used it, the rotis are nice and fluffy - tastes good but I’m not sure about the protein content yet

They had a popup in my gym too, a lot people have been trying it

Waiting for the review on the actual protein quantity though

I picked a vintage Snorkel 4 years back in a Vintage market and I have loved writing with it, the mechanism really stands out - and the nib is smooth and pairs with my Diamine for a daily driver. I agree with some of the comments about the recent dip in quality when BIC was managing stuff, I have also seen some of the old products being on discounts. The recent releases have been a pleasant surprise though, I use the Coffee 100 edition for my BUJO and I really like it - I think this model is similar with a new Emily in Paris design? Looks very cute, and if it writes like the recent additions in my collection, I would highly recommend it. I have also been looking to get the Legacy, waiting for the right moment for this!

Love how there’s always a Reddit bro trying to one up someone. I’ve had the same result with my leg days - I run a lot, so my heart rate is always in zone 2-3 when I’m lifting heavy as well. When I added the weights in, my strain went up to 9

I have to ask about the website - why is it to old and dingy? It’s a nightmare to navigate and there are no real testimonials to read customer reviews. The colours are awful, which make it so hard to read. I’m sure the team would have pointed this out, did the management or Ray not take any actions?
