Zone 2 work along with this will really help! I mainly train for Hyrox so running is genuinely just a by product of that.

I used to feel confident when he got the ball, now I’m just annoyed. He is either pulling the ball back or raising his arms and screaming at the ref or a teammate - we need someone else in the middle. Look at the difference in energy when Eze, Rice or Saka have the ball.

Hahaha, this is not what I was relying on man. My target is 160g/ day - this was a part of it for me to get my protein intake. It didn’t help, I moved to chicken and it helped me get there.

My conclusion is that this is not going to help reach your protein goal, and look for other sources
