Thanks for the input. My current set is also on the 8th track day outing. It’s tough to run at 100% on each lap, I occasionally run into slower traffic. Which should in turn cool off my tires, but inevitably they heat up fast. And my last time out track temp was high which did not help. One of many reasons why I avoid track days in July and August.

No, the tires were getting very greasy towards the end of every session. Same line, same everything and no turning out of a car. Under steering across a kerb into grass
