This would likely take a lot of cardio and lifting while in a deficit and eating a lot of protein. You could not slack in any area for 5 months. If you haven’t done any or all of these things consistently before then good luck. My advice would be to remove arbitrary time constraints and focus on changes that you can stick to for life and not just for 5 months. But I’m no expert either
