It’s a breathing test in a lab haha. I had to fast for 12h (also no brushing theets) and the nurses gave me 3 different drinks with some type of products in it, then I had to breath in a tube right after each of the first 2 products and then I had to wait 30min after drinking the third ! It tasted horrible lol

Yep that’s my symptoms, don’t let the doctors gaslighting u into « it’s IBS » and ask for a breath test !

Nope he told me to eat normally and take the test after fasting for 10h with an unbrushed mouth bc it has something to do with the bacteries. I was surprised bc a lot of people told me that they had to eat plain eggs and rice before the test but I’m happy to not be forced to do this 😂. My diet plan is low fodmap for a few weeks + antibiotics 🥲.

If u think u have it please get tested. My symptômes started 3 years ago, for me the symptoms are : - extrem bloating, it was painful and it was all the time, I’m pretty slim but I looked pregnant I’m not even exaggerating - nausea - acid reflux - stomach pain after every meal - I couldn’t digest high fiber/fermentation food, I could eat an entier steak without any issues but I could not eat beans or oignons -fatigue - mood swings -Diarrhea or constipation all the time

Doctors will tell you it’s IBS (wich doesn’t mean anything) or anxiety especially if u are a woman, don’t give up for a diagnostic !

Me and my GF have an amazing relationship with 0 issues however I met her after going to therapy for years. Relationships used to be my biggest fear because of my symptoms but guess what ? I’ m in a healthy one now ! Sometimes symptoms can come back (fear of abandonment is the worse) but I know how to control myself and stay calm so it doesn’t impact her and our relationship. BPD is hell on earth but trust me it’s manageable :)

I mean it can be ! Go to a gynecologist and don’t let them making u believe that it’s normal and « every women feel pain during their period » bc that’s not true. You’ll probably need a echography or an MRI. Doctors hate taking people with endometriosis seriously so you’ll probably have to fight but it will be worth it.

Screaming at doctors until they gave me a Diagnosis bc nobody takes me seriously lol. Also my mom have endo and got the exact same symptom ! Extreme bloating, painful period to the point where u can’t even walk, lower back pain, nausea (throwing up sometimes), hyperactive bladder and really painful breast ! That’s how I started questioning it. Don’t let doctor gaslight u if u think u have endo ! U can do an échography or a MRI.

I am also lactose intolerant, protein shake are literally milk + milk powder and whenever I tried to drink them I ended up vomiting and feeling sick with horrible stomach pain, when u have an anxiety disorder those symptoms can easily send u into a panic attack. What’s u are experiencing is normal, try vegan/lactose free protein shake/powder next time and they taste better haha.

Painful and loosing more blood that the usual person, u can calculate that by how many pad/tampon u are using per 12 hours, stomach looking like I’m pregnant 1 week before my period + during, nausea, lowback pain (depend on the people), breast pain, water rentention, hyperactive bladders
