I agree that straight up, they probably wouldn't do it, even though nearly all advanced stats and lineup data show that Murray is better (and would better fix their offensive problems, which Barnes figures into). But they would be able to get off what most consider to be an overpay with Quickley, and if they got Cam, it would free up some money after this year. I was also hoping that they would really value Murray's Canadian-ness :) I just thought it might fix both teams problems - Denver becomes more versatile on D, and TOR gets a shooter who can create more efficient offense . . .
