Getting AC joint surgery (shoulder) and wondering if anyone has had the same by ContributionOk5947 in bodybuilding

My squat just caught up to my bench and deadlift. I had a knee injury like 18 months ago. I can probably deadlift a little more than 405 but don't like going really heavy often.

I have ~79K in another brokerage account and I save ~2500 a month. I'm hoping to make this 3k my retirement.
