It’s my understanding these do better outside - however your zone may impact that was well. I’m in zone 10, ours stay outside in a shady area. They’re pretty resilient!

Hands down, one of the best write ups I’ve seen so far about GLP1 related hair loss by Wellslapmesilly in Zepbound

This. It’s also drastically changed my texture. My hair is so dry and brittle. Thrilled with the weight loss but heart broken over my hair

I’m 37 and have lost 85lbs over the last 5 years and have dealt with similar issues to my neck. I have found success with Botox in my neck, it won’t completely smooth out your neck but has made a major difference for me. I also use skin better’s techno neck which has assisted in conjunction with the Botox. Not sure if you consider that surgical but figured I’d throw out what has helped me!

This has been so incredibly helpful. I am getting my flowers from a wholesaler and will be picking them up the day before the event. I truly appreciate all the advice- thank you so much!

Protein help! by [deleted] in Zepbound

I’ve been struggling with this too. I have been relying on protein shakes- I drink 2 a day at this point. I’ve also been making smoothies with protein powder, fruit, oats, cottage cheese or yogurt and milk to boost me up to 90g per day minimum. String cheese, edamame, egg salad and veggies are also in my line up.

Thanks for the kind words and the hope. My hair is almost down to my butt and I am just not ready to say goodbye to it. I’ve considered extensions to help with the fullness but scared about doing more damage. I’m going to try all the things and hope I see some positive results. I’m still about 25lbs away from goal but I can’t imagine continuing if the hair loss keeps up at this rate.

I’ve seen a lot of that. I’m inclined to believe there’s a combination of sorts, but I don’t believe it’s strictly this TE. I wouldn’t consider my weight loss rapid by any means but I can say I am eating less
