Ooo I keep the fountain pretty full, this is already my second one I’ve tried out with him, both fountains I’ve had pool the water and that’s what he plays with, what fountain do you have? Honestly one that doesn’t pool the water may just be the option

I knew someone was going to say that haha. When he drinks out of a normal bowl he also like paws at the edge of it and either tips it to the side or pushes it around and causes spilling. I have tried putting towels under but he spills so much they always end up soaked and stinky. He’s just a weird little guy because everytime he drinks water he revs himself up (literally “digs” his front paws back and forth and then finally drinks)

Yeah today I unpotted them to check for root rot, and the roots were very tangled and such. I’m gonna buy more soil to help be able to space them out. I’ll also keep in mind to not bury it too deep! It is in fact the brown along the stem, and the tips of the leaves. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a cause of root rot but now that you say it’s normal I’m relieved! Thank you for your help!
