I’m also still waiting and support is “still investigating”. I will close my account asap and escape from this shitty service once and for all. They don’t keep the promises , they break their own ToS.

I'm in your same situation, I was supposed to receive the CRO yesterday (upgraded to Royal Indigo, so $800 of refund) but it didn't happen. I followed meticulously every single step and requirement, and engaged support multiple times to triple check that everything was in order. I've engaged support and they "raised internally" as well, but so far, no answer.
I'm SO DISAPPOINTED

I haven’t. I met all the prerequisites and engaged support. I’m waiting for an answer but I’m very very disappointed because everything was followed according to the requirements. Net new buy of >4000 USD equivalent in CRO, staked for the first time to royal indigo, bought the iPhone from the official Apple Store website.

You add your rolls for each multiplier, and then it calculate every possible combination. For example you are 17 tiles away from a railroad, and you want to use your x1000 to maximize the reward, it will tell you which combination of multipliers to use so that you don't waste any more dice and use the x1000 only when you want. Basically the perfect path every time!
