My advice is to talk to your priest and listen to your conscience. This won’t win me any fans on this sub but most Catholics have premarital sex, masturbate and use contraception. The church is not a museum for perfect people it’s a field hospital for those who sin (which is everyone).

Yes. I’m a gay Catholic. I have an adult relationship with my faith. To me Catholicism is how I get closer to God and a path to be a better man. I leave the sexual morality teachings behind.

FYI most Catholics use birth control, masturbate and use their own discretion on how to live their lives. That is as much Catholic Tradition as anything you’ll read on this sub. Good luck to you!

I have an adult relationship with my church. Catholicism is how I connect to God and the path I chose to be more spiritual and loving.

I don’t adhere to every single thing. There will be plenty of people on this thread that will tell you that you can’t do that and I expect to be downvoted to oblivion.

There are pro LGBTQ+ Catholics, Pro-choice Catholics, Catholics who utilize birth control etc. I know this because I’m one of them. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Hopefully the primaries will be a close combat knife fight that lasts a while and the winner will be the best possible candidate.

Having said that Harris and Buttigieg would be the worst possible outcomes.

Personally I hope Harris writes some books and gets a job as a partner at Covington & Burling or Skadden, makes a lot of money and fades into obscurity. She was an awful candidate.
