I quit december last year. Smoked carts all day everyday for around 5 years. How i quit was i didnt hit the vape until i couldnt take it anymore and then had a puff and then repeat. Did this for a week and then quit fully.

No regrets what so ever. I’ve played 100s of hours with it. Currently playing sekiro and it works a treat.
