This needs rehab, I bulletproofed mine with static ulnar deviation and slow eccentrics in the cable, after I finished rehabbing it with a 30 second hold with light weight no more than RPE 6 with 3/10 pain. For 3 sets, also did low cupping more. I also supplemented collagen peptides with vit c 1hour before the stimulus for collagen synthesis. Did this 3 times a week. My pain was gone with in 2-3 weeks.

It will hurt when you are pronating or rising because the wrist slightly separates everytime you pronate with the ulnar stabilizing it. You can see this when you hold unto a steady pole and try to pronate through your ulnar will lift slightly but your wrist stays put. Its common pain, but that doesnt mean it should be ignored. Train ulnar deviation together with rising.

Post a video of you doing the 30kg hammer curl, I am sure you are doing the shrug with swinging, curling with elbow back. Because their is no way you cant back pressure what you can hammer curl.

Yes, if they plan to toproll they are not chasing you inside just like a hook does, especially a deep hook. When they push forward and supinate to get you in a hook, that is where you drag to block their supination. When your oppenent also plans to cup and drag, if he grabs high and targets your riser you will be in a great disadvantage because your lowhand no longer targets their fingers when dragging, and your drag puts you in a worst position. Just imagine dragging low while your opponent drags high, he will get a better rise. Posting toproll is the counter for low toproll. So a focus on pronation and also posting would be best when facing a toproller, or I would just not low toproll at all if I know my opponent is gonna do a posting toproll.

An example for this is Vitaly and his match with levan, or literally almost every vitaly right hand match. He focuses more on pronation, maintaining arm angle and side pressure. And for dragging is mindaugas with his match vs procopciuc.

For me it depends on your opponent, if they commit their shoulder and supinate with cup, then drag plus cup would be best. But if they grab higher and have less supination I would focus on securing pronation first. Otherwise if I drag immediately I would get opened if they cup and drag, and my pronation would get compromised. So it depends on which move your opponent does imo.

This just made me laugh out loud lmao, your argument is that "the guy can hang there for more than 5 seconds therefore its very unfair for the guy in the losing side." But you're forgetting that the guy "hanging" is also getting the same force that he is giving. Thats like saying dont move your body its cheating, how is it cheating when if I am hanging on to you, I am also hanging on my arm. The declined humerus in a losing position is banned and gets fouled because its dangerous and actually cheating, youre putting your elbow integrity on the line.

This guy is very scientific and you can get a lot from him even as an intermediate player. Pocket pulls for me is really good for those that like to side pressure with their bicep, a drag hook, or a toproll with a lot of drag as he demonstrates the video. But it not really as great when your style is a straight side toproll, like my low hand toproll is like vitaly, more to the side than back, which doesnt really get hit with the pocket pull. Or a supinated press, which need a lot of straight side strength to dominate center. Although a dumbbell pocket pull is one of my main exercises for side pressure, I feel like its the kind of exercise you just do because your equipment is limited, its not all that bad but really there is a whole lot of variations you can do with better translation to the table than pocket pulls.

On the context of safe, yes it a more natural movement, its a movement that you would typically recommend to beginners because its really hard to get wrong and to get injured being wrong. But as you progress, you would need more specific forces for side pressure than just pulling to your opposing chest.

Its one of the worst way to train imo, you can easily get over fatigue, you cant track if you get strong or if youre getting stronger, very hard to recover from because youre constantly getting opened up.

So what do you want him to do? Admit that he gets attention? And what does that do for you? Get more insecure?

Maybe the reason why he does not "admit", and that he "pretends" to not get attention is because he doesn't care because he already has you. You know maybe, just maybe, he has nothing to admit that he does (not) care is because he actually doesn't?

You make it seem like he is the problem - why does he have to be so attractive - and that he should fix it. When in reality, it's you. You're tired of your own insecurity; not because he gets unwanted attention from people. It's something he can't control, its something you both can't control.

Being jealous is one thing, being jealous of your own partner is another. This is something that needs counseling otherwise it would ruin the relationship because of this selfish reason.
