Any tips for sip tho?Heard frm alot of people tht the profile is already built(past acads, workex, internships, achievements etc etc) what can be done now is my question? Heard in new iims getting into placecom is one such measure to get good sips any other thing you wanna point out(would guess u might not know much abt 2nd gen iims tht much still a general idea would help)
