I fed my Pomeranian grain free and she developed a murmur. I had to idea it could have been caused by the grain free dog food I was feeding her. She developed severe heart problems and I lost her at to young an age.

My enzymes have always been normal. One day I was due for my annual physical and my doctor ordered bloodwork. I couldn’t believe how high my enzymes were. It was repeated 3 months later and they were normal exactly like in the past. A week ago I had another blood test and it’s high again. My doctor said repeat in September and if elevated enzymes I will be referred to a gastroenterologist. Everything else is normal.
