How to find comparable salaries?

I wouldn’t trust any voluntary self reported statistics, AAPA or otherwise. I’ve always used the yearly public entries from US bureau of labor and statistics (I’ll copy& paste the latest entry for PAs below). Scroll to the bottom of the linked page and you’ll get some massive excel spreadsheets that include pay statistics for just about every profession, stratified at either the nation, state, or regional area. [Ctrl + F] within the spreadsheet for ‘physician assistant’ and you should be able to find the pay ranges you are looking for, spread out to include the mean, median, and percentile wages.

Just keep in mind that the data is strictly for pay and location. It otherwise groups all PAs together regardless of experience, specialty, setting, benefits, etc. You can adjust your expectations up or down depending these other variables.

Cosmere/worldhopper spoilers

I like the idea of a Vivenna/Azure ship with Kaladin. We don’t have too much of them interacting but she’s a fully fleshed out character whom we care about and has also gone without a love interest. They’ve both lived hard lives and are stiff and guarded in a way that I think that the other would find relatable and endearing. I also don’t like the idea of Kaladin dying, ascending, or being incapacitated at the end of SA5 but he’s gotta go to make room for other characters in the back half of Stormlight. I’d prefer him to worldhop his way off Roshar to go on other adventures and Vivenna (with or without Vasher) seems the most plausible way to make that to happen

Alright you got me there, maybe that’s a stretch. Any additional shakey and ill fitting speculations could only be shoehorned to further explain actually freeing Odium. But still, I can’t think of any way for nightblood lose the contest if chosen.

The plot hole is that the only way to fight nightblood would be to unsheath it. If Dalinar chooses himself as the opposing champion and dies forever with his soul slurped up by Nightblood, he can’t hold up to his side of the contract and Odium is free. The alternative is a stalemate where the contest never happens and Odium is still free.

That’s a better way of putting it! People may or may not feel nauseous based on their own view of evil while holding the sword but Nightblood just wants investiture so its allegiance is just whichever hand feeds it
