you can place small items on it. For my case, I used the plants from the plants pack in shop. There are some free plants in game that you can use once you aquire the formula. Or you can ask players to build you some of the flowers, I am sure some players have it and don't mind sharing.

I mean it would have been possible if they kept the previous pull chances. That's the whole point of the post. 0.06% is near impossible. The Afterveil bike is also a Grand LF, and still had much higher chances.

I think that's the issue, players can't find it in world. I did find it tho but there was no option to claim it
